At Velvet Lash Co, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
During high volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

Shipping speed varies by carrier and service level. Velvet Lash Co does not control carrier delivery timelines once your package has been handed off.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using major carriers. Carrier options and pricing will be presented at checkout. Velvet Lash Co is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or service disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. However, once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Each damage claim is reviewed on a case by case basis. Velvet Lash Co reserves the right to determine appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or denial of the claim.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must first contact the carrier to file a claim. Velvet Lash Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, lash supplies, adhesives, liquids, tools, and any other products due to hygiene and safety standards.
Approved damage claims are handled at the sole discretion of Velvet Lash Co.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Velvet Lash Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
